I spoke quite frequently with Tim. I was here back in August 23, do some DD on that fact. A CEO has no control over how the regulators look over deals....as you can see with the listed halts. ...even good legal firms sometimes will get comments from the regulators for 12 plus months, before they recommend dropping a deal due to factors....i m not bashing,  those are just facts,  if you ...more

and further more we are talking about a $0.02 stock and they need between $3 000 000 and $7 000 000 to bring that deal on the table but their piggy account is close to be empty at the time of writing... s.o.s    DILUTION !!!  is just around the corner !!! gracias     grinnnnn....
