RE: "Again"In their defense, all of the PP's were done with the hope of getting the Boron and that rug was kind of pulled out from under them. They had no control over Serbia bowing to pressure or "influence of some sort" from RTZ. They have now taken steps with the lawsuit and are doing what they can to diversify with the gold property. They still need money to explore the gold property and hopefully they can run a small gold recovery operation so that future PP's are not necessary. If they stop with the PP's at this point, there is no EV. You either have some dilution to your value or you have no value to your shares because they do not have enough money to continue operations. PP's are their only means of survival currently. As Level said, it is a good sign that people are still willing to participate in them.
I am guessing the latest one was done because someone approached Blake and wanted in through a PP and at this point, they are not about to turn down any cash if someone is offering.
