RE: RE: IMHOI don't believe the last PP is closed yet. If the current SP takes off then regulators may have a problem closing the 3.5 cent financing. This would be a good reason to keep the SP down.....
In other words the people that participated in the PP may be selling bits of thir existing position to make sure the financing closes.
