Now for the BS in texasteasong's post...
Are geeraf1 and VeryBusy the same person or married?
- geeraf1 lives in southern Ontario and I live in eastern Ontario.
geeraf1 and VeryBusy always get rated 5 stars
- the first page of my posts history has two posts that are rated 5 stars while the rest have less. That's a long way from "always".
- geeraf1 has many more 5 star posts than me but he has many followers who respect him
- Many people are rating the posts on this board. Some posts start out at 5 stars immediately but when the regulars get a chance to read the posts, the stars begin to drop the ratings on the posts that I suspect are unrelated to Erin Ventures or personal attacks on others.
If it wasn't for gwylim's informative posts texasteasong would not know what he knows now about boron. That's great. I'm happy for him. Too bad all those boron, Serbia, Freeport posts bury the ones about Erin Ventures.
What do posts about every article written about boron, Serbia, other mining companies doing business in the boron industry or in Serbia have to do with Erin Ventures if Erin Ventures is not mentioned in the article? Nothing. For the record, I don't think I have ever commented negatively on gwylim's posts in the public forum... until being accused of having him deleted of course.
liveit asked me why I posted something on the PEA and promotion only recently and not back in early March. I have made it a habit not to post things on the public board that I find out in my research that are not in the public domain until they are in the public domain. If you look at what I posted, it's what Tim said in the conference calls. Tim was quite clear in his two conference calls at the time but certain people on this board always tried to read between the lines instead of just sticking to the lines. They grasp at everything no matter how insignificant it is and try to attach it to Erin Ventures. Then they whine on the board or to Tim and Blake when the speculation on this board doesn't pan out.
Why was liveit so surprised by what I said in my post? It's the same thing Tim said but what he said got buried very quickly on the board and there was no real discussion on the topic because the board got flooded by other unrelated stuff and speculation.
It has come to light that gwylim had himself deleted. If you check what was to be my only post on the subject, I ended my post with "I have no idea why he was removed or why he left". I suspected that he left on his own and many of us weren't going to talk about gwylim but the aliases pushed the issue and insisted on trying to blame it on Volume, aristocrats, geeraf1, me, Stockhouse, etc..
gwylim, his friends and all of their aliases are way too preoccupied with stars and ratings. How many were demanding to know why nobody else was commenting on what happened to gwylim and why we posted as if it was a normal day as usual. Quite clearly the regular posters are tired of the BS.
Some of us have been here for 16+ years. Make no mistake, we have not held for 16 years, we have been in and out at various times over the past 16 years. We shared what we knew about Erin Ventures in our small trusted group. Case in point, we knew two days before the company became aware of the fact that they had lost the property to Rio Tinto. I can assure you that we weren't holding our shares when the news finally came out.
Some within our group got back in at $0.02 per share. I wasn't one of them but I know some of the longs who did.
texasteasong, we have different opinions about the purpose of this board. You are here to learn about Erin Ventures and boron. I am here to learn about Erin Ventures. Some agree with you and others agree with me. I didn't comment on gwylim's posts on the public board until after he left and only after I was accused of having him deleted.
Sadly, I won't get back the 20 minutes of my life that I wasted typing this.
