Questions for board

Questions for boardHi, everybody

I have been doing some due diligence on Erin Ventures. As part of that process, I read through the news releases and presentations on the corporate website and listened to the replay of a tele-conference from early 2014.

I am wondering whether any of the Stockhouse participants here could help answer a few questions:

(1) Do you know whether the company has any upcoming, scheduled conference calls?

(2) In looking at the press release regarding the PEA, the company listed a number of next steps (as discussed with SRA) -- with a target completion date of year end '15 and at an estimated cost of $5.1 million.

Given that the existing share price doesn't provide an opportunity to raise those dollars without significant dilution, does anyone have any insight as to the prospects for raising the dollars through alternative means (taking on a meaningful partner in the project, etc.)?

Also, was any further progress made during Q4 of '14, subsequent to the release of the PEA?

(3) In the tele-conference from early '14, a lot of time was taken in the discussion of the gaps in the Serbian mining laws. Was any progress made on that front during calendar '14?

(4) I have begun reading through posts here regarding the lawsuit and the bidding process for the ancillary/ alternative Boron target. Any idea on estimated timeframe for resolution on these items?

Guess I'm trying to understand what the near term catalysts are that can finally get the share price moving.
