RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:100%HPhGhost, I'm sorry if my comment was confusing. What I said was the following.
Should we dilute the stock to get the full amount required if traditional funding is just around the corner?
Basically, if Erin Ventures was about to receive Pobrdje (i.e. conventional funding would now be possible), then I'm not so sure about doing more PP's. I would get just enough to keep things progressing on Piskanja until Pobrdje was awarded to Erin Ventures. Of course, until it's a done deal, it's not a done deal so it's a big IF.
Calabrese, I just looked at the chart. RMC went from $0.40 to a range of $4.00 - $7.00. That's fine for the shareholders who want that kind of return.
Erin Ventures will give me much much more than what RMC gave to their shareholders and the company will continue to own 100% of the properties and keep 100% of the profits minus a possible healthy dividend for me and other shareholders. 10 - 15 times return on my investment is not what I'm looking for. I want a whole lot more and I am confident that I'm going to get it.
Giving away a part of the property just so shareholders can get a quick return is short sighted in my opinion. This is my opinion based on my personal goals with this investment.
It's taking longer for Erin Ventures than I would like but in the end I will thoroughly enjoy the return that I will get in the end.
I have 2 exit points. One is early on with a small portion of my holdings while the other is much later with possible dividends prior to me exiting my position completely.
Cheers,
VB
