Erin Ventures Inc. ("Erin") [TSXV: EV] announces that, subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange (the “TSXV”), it intends to complete a non-brokered private placement offering of up to 5,400,000 units (“Units”) at a price of $0.05 per Unit for gross proceeds of up to $270,000 (the “Private Placement”). Each Unit is comprised of one (1) common share (“Common Share”) and one (1) Common Share purchase warrant (“Warrant”). The Warrants are exercisable for three (3) years at a price of $0.10 in the first year, $0.15 in the second year and $0.30 in the third year
