I work to gather as much information as possible to evaluate any opportunity. I don't have any other information than what anyone could find from the web. I don't post a lot, better things to do!, But I would like to reply to your comments.
-The developments that I am aware of that moved our project further than last year.
A renewed mining license retaining 100% ownership of both Piskanja and Jarandol, with improved Privatization and Mining Laws.
-When do I think EV starts mining Piskanja?
Not sure we ever mine Piskanja, I would rather they finish the rest of the work to get the mining exploitation license, then sell it for a hefty premium for a rare commodity that is currently under a world duopoly. If not, We mine it for a hefty profit. Win or Win.
-Hope to get Pobrdje?
It would definitely help getting a pilot project started, But getting Pobrdje has never been the focus.
Piskanja is the focus, however strayed (Pobrdje), or delayed (Jarandol drilling over finishing Piskanja drilling) the wind took us, there is always a reason for action. We have submitted our wishes for Pobrdje and wait for Serb reply. We had to drill Jarandol to maintain license guidelines, The time and expenditures for these 2 adjacent properties maintain our solid position throughout the basin.
-7 years ago, We should have already known where to drill. No sense of urgency.
As stated, Historical work could not be relied upon. Quick History- Work started, War, Smoke Clears, New Countries Formed, Corrupt Gov't = Lost Property, Fight-Win Prop. Back, Start again, Hire SRK,
SRK confirm could be project of merit, However, You must spend $, Re-Do certain work, Etc.
No one came with big enough $ to do it quicker, without giving away to much. So, Management has had to do what they could with what we gave them.

-All hope riding on Pobrdje?
Nope, EV focused on advancing Piskanja. Pobrdje/Jarandol are the "Blue Sky" properties.

Not Old Timer, Yet. EV is working on it though.
-Mngt. Controls our Interest and Capitol.
