RE:AGMsparkygmc, your right it is pure greed! Can't see how any shareholder would be pleased when after 20 years with Tim running EV the share price is 4 cents. Why would anyone waste their time and money to attend the AGM? To listen to what? all their accomplishments of 2016? Did their wives get a pay increases too? If I remember correctly, Tim's wife received over $40,000 a few years ago, and Blake's wife got about $17,000?
