Pobrdje is part of a coal company that has only survived via goverment subsidizes. That company has a small attached assest of Boron materials. The same property that Erin has been trying to get from the Serbs for years now. The closing of the coal mine has been estabilished, but not finalized.
The Serbs, again, Had promised that this would be dealt with by the end of the year. I believe that Erin will still get this small property, once they can legally separate it from the existing mine closure.
You can't separate an asset during a restructuring. Hence the delay in approving our proposed deal with Ibar Mines.
Erin failed to raise the cash itself, for the work required on the Piskanja property. Now they sit with a shrinking, SP and raising any monies will be difficult. I believe that they could sign a deal with the potential JV now, But they do not have the desired leverage for a Good deal.
We are far from our Goals, But also, Far from Dead.
