Granted, TD was optimistic about a possible investment by Investco2 in the next 6 months.  He was also optimistic about Podbrje and the IR initiative. 

EV has to raise money for salaries and the drilling program in the very near future through PPs so he has to sound optimistic.  The company is hanging by a thread and yet they are collecting salaries for themselves and families.
