RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:PEA vs. NI 43-101Ironically, it seems like I am more optimistic about Probdje's impact on EV than you are! Here is how I see this playing out if Prob is dropped in our lap tomorrow:

This definite material change need only have a small impact on the SP to trigger the tens of millions of warrants being excersized bringing in several millions of dollars. Not hard to predict as most of the strike prices are sub $.15 and we would quickly go from $0 revenue to $1M per month (stated by EV). Even this projection I believe to be very low.

I disagree with your $10M estimation. I am recalling (maybe my memory is off) from a previous cc, TD stating a 3 month payback period and that debt financing would be in place should they get the deposit. It would not take much to turn this mine around. I have read they are currently extracting the colemanite by hand! Surprisingly, the mining and processing of the ore would actually be one of the easiest tasks for Probdje. It would not take much to increase the efficiency and output of the current mining process.

Now, I agree at some point EV will need a JV. But I would hope that would be to help penetrate the secretive and protected borate market (yes, help with Piskanja too), not to keep our lights on (I know, other things as well). That being said, believe me I want them to succeed just as much as you do. After being in this play for 17 years, I am still optimistic, but I still try to be realistic.
