RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:PEA vs. NI 43-101Hello, UterReborn, great to hear from you again.
Don't know if you have read this attachment which was released earlier in the year.
It summarizes Piskanja and the Jarandol basin boron deposits accurately, but does not comment on Pobrdje.

With regards to Pobrdje, supposedly there is a 4 year supply of borates left to mine.
Erin was proposing to mine 30,000tonnes/year, which would generate about $1M of revenue/month for the remaining LOM.
IMO, Serbia won't award Pobrdje to Erin, until Piskanja has an established partnership with a money source, and the drills are spinning in the Jarandol basin.
Why would the Mining Ministry react any sooner? I believe the Ministry wants to see a partnership committment with $ and I don't blame them.
Let's hope this third proposed partnership becomes a reality and no more spinniing our wheels and wasting time and money. One step at a time, first dd from both sides has to be completed by the end of Feb, followed by a binding Agreement signed off by both parties lawyers involved. Then finally 50% ownership monies of about $17M by Temas Resources should initiate and move the development of Piskanja towards a mine.
After reading and digesting the Temas Resources Corp website, it appears to me Temas could be the right Partner! Temas have access to institutional capital, as they recently were approved/received $5M to develop a FS for their La Blache mining property (iron, titanium and vanadium) in Quebec.
As well, Temas also recently raised $2.6M with a flow through PP to explore their two mineral properties in Quebec. This money can only be used for drilling their properties in the next two years.
I have a much, better gut feeling that this partnership will materialize, much more than what InvestCo 1 & 2 represented. Proof will be in the puttin come mid April /21.
A Merry Christmas to you & Family, and All Erin Shareholders.
May 2021 be a Prosperous year for all of us, as it's well over due.
