RE:Stars aligningShamrock,
I don't believe it is the current policy changes srid posted yesterday that have anything to due with our tardiness in progress.
IMO, the bottom line, if you don't have an active license on a mining disposition you have nothing, and your hands are tied until you get an approval on a renewed license. Surely the BCSC would have approved such a News release.
Now that we received the Piskanja renewed license last week, we are again in business. We could now have a News release on a binding Partnership Agreement if both parties want to announce the News and the BCSC would approve the News.
As well, we could not have submitted the Elaborate - Part1 to the independant committee for review without an active license, and the Ministry would not issue a certificate of reserves, without an active license. But now we can start both of these processes because we have the green light to pursue these items.
As well could it be Temas wants the Elaborate Part 1 completed first, before they sign off on the binding Partnership Agreement. Why not as they are the Financier moving forward until the mine is constructed.
IMO, Temas is going nowhere and if shareholders are moving on, so be it.

Cal just got my new crystal ball and I see fireworks this month!!
