Pretty incredible what happens when you hold leadership accountable and there's transparency, a plan and deadlines are actually met.
Can't fathom retaining employment when a deadline is NEVER met on time. If I told my boss I would have something done in 3 months, and when he follows up in month 4 and I tell him I am going to need another 21 months... kiss my job goodbye. Maybe I would get a second chance but to CONSISTENTLY miss deadlines and milestones for a decade... good luck.
Tim should pack it in and become a weatherman on TV. He'd thrive in an environment where you can be completely wrong 100% of the time...
Having said that, he's still getting fed here doing jacksh|t so 'if it ain't broke, don't fix it'
