Michel Dehn did not get his position in Temas ( and past mining companies ) by not meeting deadlines. Shareholders in his previous companies would not tolerate missed quotas and progress in the that industry . I hope he brings that same professionalism to a company that badly needs some deadlines met.

  Pretty incredible what happens when you hold leadership accountable and there's transparency, a plan and deadlines are actually met. Can't fathom retaining employment when a deadline is NEVER met on time.  If I told my boss I would have something done in 3 months, and when he follows up in month 4 and I tell him I am going to need another 21 months... kiss my job goodbye.
