RE:Timmy Daniels

RE:Timmy Daniels
Myrty1,

Tim Daniels bought 1.6 million shares at 7.5 cents per share on Sept 8, 2021.

Tim Daniels did not sell 1.4 million shares.  His warrants for 1.4 million shares exercisable at 7.5 cents per share expired unexercised on Oct 19, 2021.  Blake Fallis did exercise 125,000 warrants at 7.5 cents on Oct 19, 2021.

So in the last 2 months, Tim invested $120,000 in EV and Blake invested $10,000 in EV.  Now we see Michael Dehn buying shares in Temas.  Looks like senior management from both companies are bullish on the future of this project.

There is a plan in place to finalize step 1 of the mining licence process.  Now let's give them some time to see if they meet their timelines.  We do not have long to wait now.  If they can show adherence to timelines and progress on the project, I believe the share price will reflect this.  Likewise, if they do not meet the timelines, that they have set and disclosed, I believe the share price would reflect this outcome negatively.

I see this as a crossroads for Erin.  In the end, they need to deliver.  I don't think there are any do-overs from this point forward.

All IMHO.
