RE:PEA-TemasEV needs to get to the mining application ASAP. They have never needed an NI-compliant report to do that. What they're doing now is adding a level of complexity to the process in order to faciliate the raising of capital/mine development later on. The "much better report" could have been developed in tandem and after the Serbs requirements for a resource estimate was met.
Not supplying the Serbs with a resource estimate is not the way, as you say, to get the boron out of the ground ASAP. .....It's taking the long way home.
