The "type" of PEA (Elaborate style) was decided to be done "Elaborate style" during the execution of the PEA. We all heard the reasons for the extra amount of time required to have this much better report during the update from EV. Temas wants to get Boron out of the ground ASAP and is focused on having the correct tools to make it happen. For all we know the report is in hand or with the exchange as we speak.

Temas, Cloudbreak, Cronin Capital, EV, and several others have great anticipation for the release of these numbers.

While I agree the markets are under alot of pressure these days, I also believe it is times exactly like this that the "diamond in the rough" type opportunities show themselves. Perhpas Temas/EV will be one of them.

EV needs to get to the mining application ASAP. They have never needed an NI-compliant report to do that.  What they're doing now is adding a level of complexity to the process in order to faciliate the raising of capital/mine development later on. The "much better report" could have been developed in tandem and after the Serbs requirements for a resource estimate was met. Not

The "Elaborate" component is exactly the requirement being created for the Serbs under the new mining laws! The addition of this scope of work has created a much more thourough report that, while having taken longer, will have provided Temas/EV the ability to submit this for mining license application.

A - The present delay is due to the decision to release a report that's much closer to a NI-compliant report. Look, the content needed for the Elaborate has never changed.  You and Tim are talking like there were new requirements that were added since EV has started its submission.  No, that's not true. At the onset of this document Temas/EV were only proceeding with an updated PEA. Why are we talking about a model that cannot be used in the elaborate? The resource calculation is not extra work like you say, it's the basis that was always needed for the elaborate submission.
