RE:RE:Simplified PEA vs Complex PEA vs Elaborate

RE:RE:Simplified PEA vs Complex PEA vs ElaborateListenandLearn, The "new" work that Tim is referring to is their decision to include the more detailed elaborate work in the PEA instead of just producing the simplified PEA and that this is the reason for the delay in the PEA. It is clear that neither EV nor Temas should have given a timeframe for the release of the PEA or the elaborate because they have no control over when it will be completed. As for why the PEA and the elaborate is delayed, I would direct you to the section where Tim talks about the consultations with the Serbian Mining Committee auditor. It is not unreasonable to assume that the auditor could be adding additional work to the elaborate (and also the PEA which is based on the elaborate) as the company generating the PEA and elaborate continues to make the necessary changes as directed by the auditor. The auditor is one possible reason for the delay. Tim did mention during the call that the bulk of the work had been done. This is my take on things based on what we have been told. I hope that this helps. Cheers, VB
