What we do know is the elaborate is to be submitted as soon as specifiic personel from the mining ministery are in place. Once this happens I believe there will be a cascade of other acivity that will be set off from the submittal. One has to believe there has been a ton of work effort to get where we are.
Share price sucks!! When it appears nothing is happening-then nothing is happening to the marketplace. Equally so, once things are set in motion it will be difficult for anyone to try to suppress the speed and amount of the share price appreciation.
