CCI went through the CC as well to see if Temas was involved in any offtake deals or any other deals that went by the wayside when they made their exit from EV/Balkan gold. So far unless it is not known to us they were not part of any future deals with other companies , other than their part in financing ( HUGE PART I might add) . With 9 months to go before due date it will take some wheeling and dealing for Tim and company to get it done , something they simply have not proven they do in the past . With their past pertormances, throw in the Temas mess, we can only hope that Sept is more of a “ guideline “ than a rule.
