RE:What is the deadline date again?A few things off the top of my head:
(1) September 25, 2023 is indeed the date that exploration licencee expires.
(2) The Elaborate must be included as part of the Part 2 documents (i.e. BONE cannot submit the FS for approval until the elaborate is approved).
(3). The Elaborate can be approved during a single meeting. This Committee schedules included regular meetings in April and in Spetember, with additional in-bettween meetings at their discretion.
(4) If the Elaborate is not approved on the spot during a meeting, BONE will be given up to 60 days to correct their submission.
Not sure what happens when the ministry itself doesn't meet its own deadline as BONE's elaborate shoud have been reviewed by the Committee in April.... I think they don't have much choice of pushing their own deadlines...
