RE:RE:RE:Someone is lying!Hi Prider, BONE can't submit the FS (i.e. Part 2 document) without the Elaborate (i.e. Part 1 document) - that's the rule...

The Serbs MUST review BONE's elaborate as they need outside $ to get their mining sector to acheive their goal for this sector (i.e. contributing 5% of their GDP).  When they do review BONE's elaborate, they will either accept it as is or have to give BONE 60 days to make whatever corrections they're asking for (potentially leading to AFTER the September deadline).

I can't see this dragging much longer.  Once the elaborate is approved, I think that the approval of Part 2 will be a formality - it's approved by bureaucrats of the mining ministry, not by outside "consultants".
We're stuck with Tim and we're stuck with the Serbs, just not the best combination going into a mad rush for the finish line but we knew that when we put our $ here. The fact that the SP is holding seems to indicate that that's the opinion (or the hope?!) of most BONE shareholders.

May Srea, the Serbian god of luck be on our side for a change !
