Hi Prider, BONE can't submit the FS (i.e. Part 2 document) without the Elaborate (i.e. Part 1 document) - that's the rule... The Serbs MUST review BONE's elaborate as they need outside $ to get their mining sector to acheive their goal for this sector (i.e. contributing 5% of their GDP).  When they do review BONE's elaborate, they will either accept it as is or have to give
