If they don't give us the Certificate of Reserves before the 25th, I wonder what we do? Hand in the FS and other documents without it. Say something like "here, we've given you everything asked of us on time. We've looked after our end of the bargain". Like we submitted the Elaboate half a year ago! I wonder if they didn't send us back to the drawing board and Tim didn't announce anything? How could have taken this long? That's rediculous even for the Serbian government.
