RE:Significant NewsI'm really, really suprised that it took only 4-5 weeks (and over the Xmas holidays to boot) to issue Piskanja's CoR. They could have drag this out for a year for all we know....The fact that is was in the hands of the miniing ministry for such a short time speaks loudly to the intent of the government's. I think that the issuance of the exploitation field license is THE milestone that will open the SP floodgates. I hope we hear tomorrow that all Part 2 documents have been submitted. I think we can then expect the license to be issued a few months after that...
