He found an Arts Creation company willing to invest ~$30M but can't find a bonafide mining sector investment institution to partner with ?!?! That is unbelievable to me !
Let them forget about Osmose. I liken Osmose more to a guy they met at the end of a bar late on a Sunday night than someone who'd want as a business partner in the mining industry ! Let Tim come up with a real "Plan B" if he really can't debt finance their way through this.
Just submit Part 2 documents already !
