How difficult can it be to find a partner for a mineral that's on the critical mineral lists of the EU, the US or whoever else once you have a mining lincense ? The Piskanja mine is a relatively low-cost mine compared to most other types of minerals - not even $100M and you're a producer.....
Discussions with potential partners should have been done months ago. Apparently, Tim is still trying to tie his shoes....Mind you, they're size 19 big @ss clown shoes so you got to expect a steep learning curve..
