If in fact Osmose has informed BONE that they are declining the partnership then Boron One is obligated by law  to report it to the shareholders ( public) of any material change that would have a significant effect on the market price of their shares. Take what you can from that but I would say that the deal is still on as long as we have not been informed otherwise. GLTA

They probably have tried to let us know the deal is off but you know T&B.  Probably haven't checked their e-mails, voicemails or answered their phones as they are too busy checking the BONE bank account for the deposit that's not coming.

A while back, after Invesstco#2 said that they couldn't invest in EV for wathever reason, they refered EV to Investco#3. Tim was asked (during a CC) when and if shareholders would be notified if the deal fell through. He stated that we would in fact be notified...
