You (not you specifically) can't say "Wow, they are investing more; good news must be on the way!!???" Why? Because Blake has previously dropped a pile of cash into BONE only to announce a 7:1 reverse split shortly thereafter; driving the SP into the ground that it is today.
The only take away from this is that they want to stay on the payroll. That is all.
