It would have been good for Tim's credibility to release that info. much earlier and generate a bit of enthousiasm among small imvestors. I doubt at this point that a big fish will show up before the bait is actually visible on the hook - Given Tim's track record, they'll wait for certainty IMO. Not sure why he'd still be looking for a financing partner at this time. The Osmose's terms are out-of-date with the development of Piskanja.
Looking ffor a smooth licensing process (If that's possible with BONE and Serbia). There will be much less b!tching going forward (for my part anyway) as long as "shortly" does in fact mean "shortly". This NR was probably the best news we could have hoped for.
