L&L, I believe the answer to your first question is, Tim needed to sell his modified PP to the warrant holders. They probably would find that information very relevant in making their decision when they did.  But maybe those VIP's get a phone call and get a little info insinuated to them. Personally, if they ever get this submitted, I'd throw some more money into this pit. If

Myrty, The way that modified PP went I don't think that Tim provided much additional info. than what was already publicly known.  It would have been good for Tim's credibility to release that info. much earlier and generate a bit of enthousiasm among small imvestors.  I doubt at this point that a big fish will show up before the bait is actually visible on the hook - Given Tim

Just get the permit and submit the documents.  Sounds like smooth sailing from there.  60 days to get the licence from that point and we're looking attractive for bigger fish then. Hopefully they have some marketing $$$ for when everything is in place.

That is true. Seems like mostly paperwork.  Hard to go down, lots of room to go up. I think the point to emphasize, absolutely cut all unnecessary spending. We just need to focus on the work. I don't think they need to be promoting much. With mining licence in hand, they will come.  If course a steadily rising share price will draw a crowd too. This should be a massive breakthrough

Not quite.  I was under the impression it would take 60 days to get the FS back once submitted.  I know it will take a bit longer to get the Environmental permit from the ministry but once we have that and submit it should be 60 days.  Could be wrong...

I believe Tim said that, approx 2 months for step 2 approval. He also said it he process should be a little more clinical. You got the paperwork, rubber stamp.  Implying a high probability of getting out licence. Good point Myrty . When a company like Rio Tinto can be shut down by environmental groups , it makes sense to be extra diligent in our ( BONE'S ) environmental plans. While I am not making excuses for their delays , simply stating that after the RT debacle in Serbia companies got a rude awaking in regards to what will be allowed in Serbia regarding environmental issues. This has to factor into
