I also think the news release was intimating that Environmental request we are waiting on has been in the works for a while now and should be in hand fairly soon. Seems like inside of a month seems a good guess.
we aren't getting an Environmental Assessment done of course, just getting an outline of the work that needs to be done for Step 3, or something like that.
I guess in light of all the anti-mini g protesting, they are going to be extra stringent. I think we are going to be a nice and clean corporate citizen.
