I agree that it would shock the he11 out of me if we saw the govt grant concessions this week, but I do not think we are months away.

I guess that depends on what you believe. They have always mentioned Jarandol and boron separately from Crni Vrh and I believe there will not be a tender for the boron property. They also list the companies that are interested in the Crni Vrh ore field but never mention any company name when talking about Jarandol.
This is how they word the update on the Boron property. They struck the "commission for conducting tender procedure under the DECISION ON GRANTING CONCESSION for examining and utilising boron ore at the Jarandol tertiary basin, in the area of Baljevac."
this is how they word the other 3 properties that are in fact going up for tender. "commission for conducting tender procedure for the Crni Vrh ore field" Nowhere does it say anything about a decision on granting a concession.
It sounds to me as if the commission has been struck that is making the decision to grant the concession to Erin for the boron property. the 60 days ends on Thursday. I think they will stay relatively close to this deadline. It may not be exactly within 60 days, but I do not think it will drag on for much longer.
