Details of the deal

Did Tim happen to mention if Temas is obligated to cover costs as they accrue for the 3 years of the Option Agreement?  Or do we split 50/50?  Or at the whim of Temas?
I feel there should be something written in the Temas has to cough up as we go along otherwise it is conceivable they wait 3 years to see where it all goes on our dime, then cough up whatever they feel like when virtually all risk gone. I could probably round up 10 million Euros for half of a mining project  in Stage 3 of this process. Or even say, a 1% share to get them to Stage 3. This is brilliantly negotiated by Temas. So so on out side. If Temas doesn't have to invest until it feels like it, it's a terrible deal for us. I'd wait for FS to be done as we can raise cash for that little hurdle.
Anyway, I'm sure our guys have thought about these things, and will ensure we are looked after and not trusting too much.

In the event that one party chooses not to fulfill its funding obligation, that party's interest in Balkan Gold will be ...more

BB.. It is my opinion that this group will waste no time. They will be working on this early in the new year. As I look at this to me there seems to be a get it done feel to it.

In my opinion Tamas Resources will want to move as quickly as possible. There is no way the two companys would have come to this point other wise. Preparing the binding partnership agreement Will be a top priority.

Check what Temas has done in the last 6 months and tell me what you think. They've been busy, COVID or not. They've raised $5M in equity funding (from a  UAU entity) on top of a flow-through financing at a 20% surcharge over the current share price?!? How did they manage that? Weird stuff with Kyler Hardy (ex-CEO and now director of Temas)....Temas bought from entities that he ...more

EasyEnough, What I think is this.  When trying to pick a winner at the race track, it is not enough to evaluate the horse, do your due diligence on the jockey as well.
