They've been busy, COVID or not.
They've raised $5M in equity funding (from a UAU entity) on top of a flow-through financing at a 20% surcharge over the current share price?!?
How did they manage that?
Weird stuff with Kyler Hardy (ex-CEO and now director of Temas)....Temas bought from entities that he controls (He owns about 20% of Temas). Lots of in-breeding but that's TX-V small caps for you.
This guy must be pretty smart.
But check his photo on Linkedin....A tux and bow tie. Not the most appropriate for a CEO. Was that taken at a wedding? Maybe not that smart but still looks like he would want this deal consumated.
