Does anybody know who is entitled to this warrants? I mean names, not "directors and employees". Erin ventures will be a success in the end, that is why we have to know who is getting ten's of millions of dollars... because I can not recall when we were asked to approve something as important as this...?

Many people who purchased private placements over the years purchased shares and in many cases were awarded equivalent number of warrants. I know that BB99 and Lanagold have particpated in private placements so I imagine they hold some warrants.  To add to that list would be Flames and Firebag, though I'm uncertain?  Riders/SuperFX I know has been to AGM's and I believe

I did not that know any of the current shareholders can participate , would be grateful for the information how to get into this then...? Ps. Gordo , I am not a basher , I am buying this dip !

finwit .. the warrants are an incentive to participate in the private placements which a company uses to raise capital.....  shareholders are allowed to participate......if EV choses to raise funds in the future by way of private placement call Blake to participate

I was under the impression PPs were no longer required based on current cash on hand.   It would be really nice to see an announcement/update as we trade lower on higher volume.  Warrants are likely the cause, but we should be seeing a much higher SP based on what's at stake. It's time for Tim to focus his time on this prize - it's incredibly frustrating to see updates

Do your own.. That's how much you know. The people who bought those PPs a while ago I highly doubt will be selling anything any time soon. You are seeing updates because things are happening. If TMAS is going to be the operator maybe they should be doing something. What do you want EV to do. Don't you think its up to the JV..

Candidly, I used to have respect for your opinion.  Now I clearly see that you're not reading carefully, or cannot comprehend what's being said.   If regular updates are too much to ask for, then why are we seeing them with Tim's other company?  They too have a strategic partner? All I'm asking for are updated timelines and not some outdated PowerPoint where
