Shamrock, do you know how business is conducted in Third World countries, you go to the capital (BELGRADE) with a suitcase full of cash and meet with the minister of mines in a backroom or whoever is in charge of mining and leave the suitcase on a table and quietly leave. What level of ignorance ... Serbia was the reason Austro-hungarian empire ceased to exist in the Great War. It takes more then a suitcase of money to deal with them. Very good thing (for the project) that the course of the government is staying the same. Cheers
