Thanks for sharing. All due respect to the article, a paid pumper will not sell this stock, markets are too smart to read anything more into it other other than a “paid to peddle “ article about EV. How about actually meeting ONE deadline and let the property sell itself to institutional buyers that can actually see the huge upside to EV. All other selling attempts won’t move that number till EV releases tangible aspects on this great investment property .

I'm as cynical as the next guy but I do t see the 6 more weeks from the article?? It said Second quarter or this quarter?? Or are you working backwards on the 3rd quarter for Elaborate and that means PEA at x time? Seems like a bit of a stretch. Myrty, PEA in Q2 2022. Q2 is from April to June. End of June is 9 weeks away. I guessed 6 weeks but, knowing EV, it will probably be 9.
