Seemingly nothing will move this stock up! Still some selling at 4 cents and no takers.!?! I understand people here not buying (a scalded cat fears cold water - tax loss season) but what about new $?   At least September is not too far away.....

It's not approved! "Upon the approval of an Elaborate, the Serbian Mining Ministry issues a "Certificate of Reserves" for the mineral deposit, as the first milestone towards an exploitation license."

I believe that is the sticking point.  Investors need to see the Serb Mining Ministry is still supporting us after Rio Tinto mess. Approval of Step 1, should move things. Approval of Step 2 should move things. One thing I never thought of, maybe completion of Step 1 isn't such a powerful driver as time passes. They've left it too long and now Step 2 completion timing in question ...more
