To me this indicates that other interested parties have stepped up wanting in on the mine. The deal was “open ended “from the start as I stated that  BONE will continue to seek other interested parties . In order for Osmose to continue their LOI most likely had to set time frames to stay in the game.At the end of the original deal there conditions including changes including signing a

I also like the deadline in 12 days (APR. 30) to me this is the progress we have been waiting for. We are now at 208 million shares but financed very well .Things should start to move soon.

Notwithstanding, Boron One is under no obligation to accept Unit Purchase funds from OL after April 30, 2023. Osmose gains nothing with these new terms. Let see if they're worried about getting shut out from this deal or not but $0.12 is a heclk of a premium from today's SP.......
