Do we really need Osmose at this point?

Are we really going to give 20% of Boron One away at this point for .12/share?  After we slogged through the muck for decades, watching the share price drop. They didn't even step up pre-C of R.  They might as well wait another couple of months and wait for the Mining Licence. Why not, Tim won't push them.
If there are other interested parties, you better go to them and give them a great deal now.
Osmose gets 45% of Piskanja and 20% of BONE, sure feels like a controlling interest to me. Maybe that gets Tim shares a nice boost and an opportunity to seek when he steps down or gets bought out.
Just saying. Seems like something that should require a vote.  Or maybe there are no other interested parties. Kind of smells of BS anyway.
I'm sure it doesn't matter what I think, but we are the ones who sucked it up for years. Why not ask some more people if interested?  Has Tim spoken with the 2 Oligopoly players?  Sure seems like something they'd want.
Anyway, good event today. Very good!  Nice to get Tim talking abou the real issues and not the 500 uses of Boron.

If Osmose would fork over their entire contribution today, they'd have a 6-year wait before recooping their entire stake (with interest) and then get major free money for at least 15 years. IMHO, Not sure what' ...more

So Osmose is going to give us approx $4M Canadian for Boron One to pay their wages with, and soon after Osmose coughs up another $14.7M Canadian to pay for the Serbian wages and expenses. Mostly it will just sit there in the bank. One thing is sure, not a whole lot for Blake and Tim to do the rest of the way in. Hire an Engineering Firm and let them do their work. Bone just carries on until an ...more
