The main advantage to bones complete incompetence is that the price of metals in reserve keeps rising.  If the steps to production had been finished years ago the price of boron and other resources was much lower

Sometimes complete incompetence, can have its upside. 

Of course Tim may never get final approval so this possible advantage may never come to fruit.

I agree BB, however this stock may play out it will be without having read negative comments on here.. Posting comments relevant to the stock is important , even if they are not positive , but to simply come on here and make personal attacks and bash it because you feel it should be somewhere else price wise shows lack of knowledge  in the investment world  Reminds me of children in the
