When should we see a big movement in sp?

When should we see a big movement in sp?For those of you who are interested in this sort of speculation I would be interested in your thoughts on when we should see a material upward movement in sp. My prediction (for what it is worth) is that Q1 2014 results (probably reported in first half of May/14) will be the most likely timing. By then the following should have happened:
1. Jan 1/14 price increases
2. Increase in occupancy
3. Head office G&A normalised at about $1.2 million per qtr
4. Solid results from the outside normal hours service offerings and plan as to how to roll out across the system
5. Further acquisitions within the target cost/ space
6. Gains made from more organized purchasing programs for such items as food and other centre suppies.
7. Overall further evidence that BPE is on its way to hitting its $10 million EBITDA target by 2015.
