RE:When should we see a big movement in sp?Can't see G&A normalize in the near term with accounting office moving from Calgary to Toronto. Either major relocation charges or retention buyouts between now and Q2. My bet is on the latter. Also need to consider potential search firm fees to find new employees and any lease termination charges, unless they can sublet existing space. My guess is total hit could be btw $500k and $1M.
