RE:RE:Annual Meet Monday p.m. Toronto

RE:RE:Annual Meet Monday p.m. TorontoHi; The third choice (after good/ bad) is... Excellent!! Yes I am biased but.. Right from the first sentence from Jeff Olin, who stated he and the Board are FED UP about the undervalued of the share price are the #1 goal of senior mgmt. will be to get this value up. Ms. Curran suggested they are continuing to examine share buy back and / or and or selling some of the 24 centres they own. Either would get them to a "known" NAV of .80 cents plus. They have 6 new centres that will open from q3./15 to Q2./ 16. Surrey just opened. They have NOT been hit hard from ALTA economy. NDP. will actually help as they are PRO family. Vancouver was hit harder due to Real Est. Occ. rates are excellent. retention is excellent. Staffing is excellent and well trained (now about 1200 and growing). I could ramble on but my conclusion is there is ZERO chance of shares going down and 100% of going up this year and next year. I bought a couple thousand more today. (that's all the cash I had).
