It was nice to see that the announced expansion to the leased Airdrie site will result in a total capex cost per space of only about $4,500 per space. It was also nice to see the CEO's comments about how this expansion "reflects the resumption of our growth program utilizing our recently announced credit facility increase". Hope they can keep the cost per space down.
