A Newbie Question

Hey guys. Came across this stock the other day while looking for property investment stocks and was just curious if BPE owns the buildings it occupies or leases/rents them?

This stock has my eye as it looks to be a very limited market for listed competition

They own 26 centres, the rest are leased. The owned centres account for just over 200,000 sf, they ballpark their value at $50 Million, or $250 per foot.

Most of owned centers are in Alberta (where real estate prices are down) and a few in BC. All Ontario centers are leased.
