To Sell or Hold - That is the Question.
The shares are trading all day at $0.22 and $0.225
Shareholders have a choice:
1) sell at today's market price
2) hold for ten weeks or so hoping the takeover price will be increased from $0.23 to ???
Considering the millions of shares purchased today at $0.22 and $0.225 (at the opening) it appears many buyers are speculating that a better price is coming. It really makes little sense to pay $0.225 today to get only $0.23 ten weeks from now.
Time will tell.
